Every certificate. Every house. Never quietly out of date.

Gas safety, electrical reports, EPCs and landlord insurance for every house, with each date read from the certificate itself and counted down for you.

app.getstreets.co.uk
The Compliance page on the sample street: certificates expired, due and in date, the next 90 days, and every house’s four certificates.
What it does

Compliance tracking, without the typing.

Read from the certificate

Forward it, link Outlook or drop it in. Streets reads the expiry date, the engineer, the certificate number and the result.

Amber at 30 days, red under 7

The same rule on every page: the street, the house, Compliance and your to-do list. Missing is red too.

Every house in one place

A list, cards, or every house by certificate type, with the next 90 days on one timeline.

Book or chase from the row

Record a new date, book a renewal, or open an email to your agent, written for you.

What’s coming, on one line

The next 90 days of certificates, drawn to scale, with what’s overdue in red and what’s close in amber.

  • Overdue, due soon and later at a glance
  • The street’s own Next 90 days adds tenancies and fixed-rate ends

Four certificates for every house

Gas, electrical, EPC and insurance side by side, each with its date and how long is left.

  • EPC band and certificate number, linked to the government register
  • Older certificates kept, newest first
Even with a letting agent

It’s your name on every certificate.

The law names the landlord. Missing a gas safety check is a criminal offence; an electrical safety breach can cost up to £40,000; an energy certificate below the minimum up to £5,000. Your agent can do the work, but you’re the one who answers for it.

What stays with the landlord

Questions

About compliance tracking.

My agent holds the certificates. Does that work?

Yes. Forward the agent’s email to your Streets address or link Outlook, and Streets reads the attachment. If a certificate is missing, the row offers an email asking your agent for it.

Will Streets email or text me a reminder?

No. Streets doesn’t send reminders. What’s due shows on your street, on Compliance and in the next 90 days, and it goes on your to-do list.

Which certificates does it track?

Gas safety records, electrical installation condition reports (EICR), energy performance certificates (EPC) and landlord insurance, for every house.

What if a date is wrong?

Correct it on the house or from the Compliance row. Every change shows in History and can be undone.
