Forward it. Streets reads it.

Statements, certificates, invoices, mortgage letters and tenancy agreements. The dates and figures come out, the sums are checked, and nothing is saved until you’ve seen it.

What it does

Document reading, without the typing.

Read as it arrives

A linked Outlook mailbox is checked every 15 minutes, and what arrives is read before you open it.

The sums checked

Rent less each line must equal what was paid to you, to the penny. If not, it’s read again, then you’re told by how much.

Learns each agent

Some statements show only the agent’s own property number. Save once and Streets matches that number to the house next time.

Duplicates set aside

The same document by email and by upload is kept once. An email that repeats its attachment is set aside.

You stay in charge

You see what it found, correct anything and press Save. Every save can be undone.

Only from senders you choose

A linked mailbox reads only the senders you tick, read-only. Streets never moves or deletes mail.

Questions

About document reading.

Does an AI read my documents?

Yes. Each document is read by Claude, made by Anthropic, which processes it in the United States. Anthropic’s commercial terms say it may not train its models on your data.

My agent isn’t a big chain. Will it work?

Almost certainly. Streets reads the document itself rather than relying on one agent’s layout. Upload one statement and see what it finds before you decide.

I use Gmail.

Forward to your private Streets address, or set a Gmail rule to forward your agents’ emails. Linking a mailbox works with Microsoft 365 and Outlook for now.

Can it save things without me?

Only if you switch it on, and only for invoices of £500 or less from senders you trust. Those count in your tax figures once you’ve pressed “Looks right”.
