Your agent lets the house. The law still names you.
Your agent can book the engineer and keep the paperwork. But when a certificate lapses or a house isn’t registered, it’s the landlord who is fined or prosecuted. Streets shows you, house by house, that it’s done.

What Streets does for you.
Statements, certificates, invoices and repair emails, forwarded or from a linked Outlook mailbox.
Each certificate’s date read from the certificate and counted down: amber from 30 days, red under 7.
Every statement’s rent, fee and deductions added up to the penny, with each line shown as the agent wrote it.
The email to your agent, written from the facts, sent from your own mailbox when you press Send.
Each house checked against what the Private Rented Sector Database will ask, before your window opens.
Your agent keeps working as they do. Streets reads what they already send you.
Questions from landlords with agents.
My agent handles compliance. Why do I need Streets?
Because the law names you, and much of the paperwork sits with them. Streets lets you see each certificate, each month’s rent and each repair for every house, from the documents they already send.
Will my agent need to do anything?
No. Forward their emails or link your Outlook. If you like, give them your Streets forwarding address so statements go straight in.
I have more than one agent.
Streets reads each agent’s statements and learns their own property numbers, so every house’s figures land in the right place.
Let Streets do the reading.
